After you’ve booked your excursion, we will send you a confirmation email, in which we will state that we’ve approved your reservation and that your name is on our passenger list.
If you don’t see our email, please check the other partitions of e-mail such as “spam” or “junk box” just to be sure.
Our agent will contact you via email or WhatsApp if you have provided a telephone number while booking. WhatsApp is a faster, more reliable way to communicate. We would like to ask our guests to give a phone number with WhatsApp installed on the booking form, or to contact us via WhatsApp. Our agent will let you know the tour’s pick-up time and answer any questions you may have. After our agents have contacted you and you confirm your booking, you will be added to our confirmed passenger list.
We work with the “pay on the day” method. So, you don’t make any prepayment or payment before the tour. However, in some cases, such as private tours, we may require a deposit or payment from you before the tour day. In that case, our agent will contact you to schedule a meeting time and visit your hotel to collect payment.
Each excursion starts with a pick-up from your accommodation and transfer to the location where your adventure begins. After the tour, we will drop you off at your hotel comfortably. Pick-up and drop-off are included in the excursion price.
Your safety is our top priority, which is why we employ only the best and most experienced drivers and staff. Our drivers will easily find your accommodation address, as they are familiar with the city. However, if you would like to be picked up from a location other than your hotel, please let our agent know, and we will arrange it accordingly. Whether you’re in Side, Kumköy, Ilıca, Evrenseki, Çolaklı, Gündoğdu, Titreyengöl, Sorgun, Kızılağaç, or Kızılot, we will arrange your safe and comfortable transfer. Pick-ups and drop-offs are conducted from the hotels’ security gates.
