All reservations and trips made through Yoyo Tours are subject to laws of Turkey Travel Agencies (Law No. 1618) and the Consumer Protection Act (Law No. 4077).
In a bunch of offers on our site, you can find the excursion that fits your needs the most. Each tour is described separately and we offer a wide range of entertainment. When you reach the decision, please read all the details related to the excursion you want to take.
Our website will provide you all the necessary information about your excursion. We reserve the right to change certain details according to the conditions. Changes can occur due to certain factors, and it may also happen that the complete tour/activity can be cancelled due to impossibility of performing.
If the trip is cancelled on our behalf and you have already paid, we will refund your payment in full. However, if you need to cancel your reservation and you have already paid, we would be grateful if you let us know at least 3 days before the scheduled trip date. This way you will be able to get a full refund.
If you cancelled the tour between 3 and 1 days and paid beforehand, your refund will be half of the amount paid. Unfortunately, we cannot compensate for your loss if it is disclosed on the day of the planned trip.
Instead of cancellation, we can also offer you a change of excursion, or a change of the tour date. That way you can still fulfill your desire to explore the nature of Side and its surroundings. We can arrange this at least 2 days before the scheduled excursion.
Excursionside.com does not accept any online payments and does not make any online sales. On our website, we promote the holiday services of various travel agencies operating in holiday resorts in Turkey.
All trips you book on our website have travel insurances provided by the travel agency of the relevant trip. In case of an insurance dispute that may occur during your trips, the insurance policy of the travel agency that organizes the trip is liable. Excursionside.com is not responsible for the incidents that may occur during the trips and the insurance of the trips.
There is availability to make your bookings in Turkish Liras on our website. However, the bookings made in Turkish Liras need to be short term bookings. Due to instability of Liras, we recommend you to make your bookings in other currencies instead of Liras especially your long term bookings. We may ask you to make the payment in other currencies on the date of your excursion instead of Liras.
If you experience any inconvenience during the tours, we always want to hear your complaints. We take into account the suggestions of all our guests to improve our services in the future. Any claim or dispute which can not be solved by agreement will be resolved as per laws of the governing country in which excursion or activity took place. By booking an excursion or activity you agree to submit any such case to the proper jurisdiction.
