How do I get my ticket when I book an excursion with you?
When you book an excursion on our website, a confirmation mail including the voucher will be sent to your email address that you entered in the reservation form. If you can’t see the mail, please check your junk or spam mail box. You will see all the necessary information about your excursion in this voucher. We recommend you to print out this document and bring it with you when you come over Side. If it is not possible to print out your voucher, noting down the ticket number found on the voucher will also be enough.
What if I lose my ticket or don’t know the ticket number?
No worries at all! When you book an excursion on our website, the details of the excursion is recorded on our software system. Our staff will get in touch with you via e mail, determine a meeting time and bring your tickets to your hotel.
Is pick-up and drop-back service included in the excursions?
Yes. All the excursions you book on our website come with free hotel transfer service. A comfortable air-conditioned bus will pick you up from the main security gate of your hotel and drop back when the excursion is over. This service is included in the price. The meeting with our guides, the pick up and drop back service take place at the security check posts of the hotels. Please be ready at the security gate of your hotel at the specified pick up time to prevent delays.
Is hotel transfer service available from any place in Side?
Our guides and drivers have an extensive knowledge of the region. They can pick you up from any of the accommodations in Side region whether it is a hotel or an apartment. We offer free transfer service for all the accommodations in Side, Kumköy, Ilıca, Evrenseki, Çolaklı, Gündoğdu, Titreyengöl, Sorgun, Kızılağaç and Kızılot. If you want to be picked up from a specific place other than your accommodation, please inform our guides about your request.
Can I pay by credit card or by any online payment method?
Unfortunately, we don’t accept any online payment. We accept payment when you meet with us in Side.
Do I need to confirm my booking after I arrive to Side?
No, you don’t. Your name is added to the passenger list of the related excursion when you get the confirmation ticket sent to your e mail address. Our guide will contact you for a meeting at your hotel before the excursion, hand over your ticket to you and finalize the booking process.
