All reservations and trips made through Yoyo Tours are subject to laws of Turkey Travel Agencies (Law No. 1618) and the Consumer Protection Act (Law No. 4077).
In a bunch of offers on our site, you can find the excursion that fits your needs the most. Each tour is described separately, and we offer a diverse range of entertainment options. Once you’ve made a decision, please review all the details about the excursion you’d like to take.
Our website will provide you all the necessary information about your excursion. We reserve the right to modify specific details to the conditions. Changes can occur due to certain factors, and it is also possible that the entire tour or activity may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
If the trip is cancelled on our behalf and you have already paid, we will refund your payment in full. However, if you need to cancel your reservation and have already paid, please let us know at least three days before the scheduled trip date. This way, you will be eligible for a full refund.
If you cancelled the tour between 3 and 1 days and paid beforehand, your refund will be half of the amount paid. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to compensate for your loss if it is shared on the day of the planned trip.
Instead of cancellation, we can also offer you a change of excursion, or a change of the tour date. That way, you can still fulfil your desire to explore the nature of Side and its surroundings. We can set up this at least 2 days before the scheduled excursion.
Excursionside.com does not accept any online payments and does not make any online sales. On our website, we promote the holiday services of various travel agencies operating in Turkey’s holiday resorts.
All trips you book on our website have travel insurances provided by the travel agency of the relevant trip. In case of an insurance dispute that may occur during your trips, the insurance policy of the travel agency that organises the trip is liable. Excursionside.com is not responsible for any incidents that may arise during the trips or for the insurance coverage provided for the trips.
There is availability to make your bookings in Turkish Liras on our website. However, bookings made in Turkish Liras must be short-term bookings. Due to the instability of the Lira, we recommend making your bookings in other currencies instead of the Lira, particularly for long-term bookings. We may ask you to make the payment in a different currency on the date of your excursion instead of Liras.
If you experience any inconvenience during the tours, we always want to hear your complaints. We continually consider the suggestions of all our guests to improve our services. Any claim or dispute which can not be solved by agreement will be resolved as per laws of the governing country in which excursion or activity took place. By booking an excursion or activity, you agree to submit any such case to the proper jurisdiction.
