How do I get my ticket when I book an excursion with you?
After you complete your reservation on our website, you will receive a confirmation email containing all your booking details. Please make sure that the email address you enter during the reservation process is correct.
If you cannot find our email, please check your spam or junk folder. We recommend saving the confirmation email or taking a screenshot of the booking details on your phone for easy access during your holiday in Side.

What if I lose my ticket or don’t know the ticket number?
No worries at all. All reservations made through our website are securely recorded in our booking system. Even if you lose your voucher or do not know your ticket number, we can easily locate your reservation using your name, email address or phone number.

Do trips include hotel pick-up and drop-off?
Yes. Hotel pick-up and drop-off are included in almost all excursions available on our website. Guests are collected from their hotel and returned after the tour in comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles.
For most hotels, pick-up and drop-off take place at the main security gate or entrance. If your accommodation does not have a security gate, our driver or guide will meet you at the main entrance.
After making your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation email. Your exact pick-up time will then be sent to you by email one or two days before the excursion.
To help the transfer run smoothly, please be ready at the designated meeting point a few minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

Is there a hotel pick-up service from all over the Side area?
Yes. We provide hotel pick-up and drop-off services from all major holiday areas around Side, including Side, Kumköy, Ilıca, Evrenseki, Çolaklı, Gündoğdu, Titreyengöl, Sorgun, Kızılağaç and Kızılot.

For most excursions, payment is made on the day of the tour. No advance payment is required when making a reservation through our website.
However, certain private tours and customised services may require a deposit in advance to secure the booking and make the necessary arrangements. If a deposit is required, you will be informed during the reservation process or contacted by our team.
If you prefer, one of our local representatives can also visit you at your hotel after your arrival in Side to provide your tickets and assist with the payment for your excursions.

Do I need to confirm my booking after I arrive at Side?
No. Once you receive your booking confirmation email, your reservation is already recorded in our system.
One or two days before your excursion, our team will contact you by email to confirm your booking and provide your exact pick-up time. Therefore, there is no need to contact us again after arriving in Side unless you wish to make changes to your reservation.

Do I need to provide my room number?
No, providing your room number is not mandatory.
However, hotel pick-ups can be very busy, especially during the summer season. Providing your room number can help our guides and drivers identify your reservation more quickly and avoid any confusion during the pick-up process.
If you prefer not to provide your room number, your reservation can still be processed without any problem.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my reservation?
In most cases, changes and cancellations can be arranged without any problem. If you need to cancel your reservation or make any changes, such as changing the excursion date, tour type or number of participants, please let us know as soon as possible.
We kindly ask our guests to inform us at least one day before the excursion whenever possible. This helps us organise vehicles, guides and tour arrangements more efficiently.
Please note that last-minute cancellations or changes on the day of the excursion may cause difficulties, as transport schedules, passenger lists and other arrangements are usually finalised in advance.
Different cancellation and amendment conditions may apply to certain private tours and customised services.
