How do I get my ticket when I book an excursion with you?
When you book an excursion on our website, a confirmation email including the booking information and ticket will be sent to the email address you entered in the reservation form. If you can’t see the e-mail, please check your junk or spam mailbox. You can view all the necessary information about your booking in this voucher. We recommend taking a screenshot of this ticket or saving it to your phone when you arrive at Side.
What if I lose my ticket or don’t know the ticket number?
No worries at all! When you book a trip through our website, the booking details are recorded in our software system. Our staff will contact you via email or the phone number you provided to discuss the details of your booking.
Do trips include hotel pick-up and drop-off?
Yes. All excursions booked through our website come with complimentary hotel pick-up and drop-off. A comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle picks you up at your hotel’s main security gate and drops you off when the tour is over. Meeting with our guides, welcoming and dropping off takes place at the security checkpoint where the hotel’s security barrier is located. If the hotel does not have a security gate, passenger pick-up is done through the hotel’s main entrance. To avoid delays, please be ready at your hotel’s security gate at the specified pick-up time.
Is there a hotel pick-up service from all over the Side area?
Our tour guides and drivers have extensive knowledge of the region. They can pick you up from any accommodation in the Side area, whether it is a hotel or an apartment. We provide this service to all accommodation facilities in the regions of Side, Kumköy, Ilıca, Evrenseki, Çolaklı, Gündoğdu, Titreyengöl, Sorgun, Kızılağaç, and Kızılot. If you would like to be picked up from a specific location other than your accommodation, please let us know.
Can I pay by credit card or by any online payment method?
Unfortunately, we don’t accept any online payments on the website.
When do we pay for the excursions?
You pay for excursions on the tour days. However, for certain excursions, such as private tours, we may require a deposit to reserve a boat or make the necessary preparations for your tour. In this case, our guide may request a meeting with you to collect a deposit for your trip.
Do I need to confirm my booking after I arrive at Side?
No, you don’t. When you receive the reservation ticket sent to your email address, your name will be added to the passenger list for the relevant trip. Our guide will contact you a few days before your tour day to confirm your reservation. After that, you will be added to our approved passenger list.
Do I need to provide my room number?
No, you don’t need to give your room number. However, collection from the hotels in the mornings is quite busy, especially in the summer months. Checking the room number helps the guides a lot in the mornings. In this way, confusion is avoided.
