By making a reservation through ExcursionSide, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We aim to provide clear information and avoid misunderstandings before your excursion.
ExcursionSide operates as a travel agency and booking platform for excursions and holiday services across the Turkish Riviera and other holiday destinations in Türkiye. Tour operations are carried out by the relevant licensed tour operators and suppliers.
We provide detailed information about each excursion on our website. However, tour routes, timings, vehicles, boats, and other operational details may occasionally change due to weather conditions, operational requirements, or the tour operator’s decisions.
Excursions may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather conditions, insufficient participation, technical reasons, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, guests will be informed as soon as possible.
Most excursions offered on our website operate with a pay-on-the-day system and do not require advance payment. For private tours, yacht rentals, or selected activities, a deposit may be requested to secure the reservation.
If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, please inform us as early as possible. For excursions requiring advance payment, cancellation conditions may vary depending on the operator and the type of activity. Vehicles, guides, and passenger lists are usually arranged in advance, therefore late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
ExcursionSide does not process online payments for most excursions. Reservations are generally confirmed without prepayment, and payment is made directly on the excursion day unless otherwise agreed.
Prices displayed in Turkish Lira are intended primarily for short-term bookings. Due to exchange rate fluctuations and inflation, long-term reservations made in Turkish Lira may be subject to price adjustments. For bookings made several months in advance, we recommend using EUR, GBP, or USD where available. The final payment currency may be confirmed closer to the excursion date.
Insurance coverage is provided by the operator organising the excursion. ExcursionSide acts solely as an intermediary between guests and independent tour operators. Any insurance-related claims, accidents, injuries, losses, or disputes must be addressed directly to the operator responsible for the excursion and are subject to the operator’s insurance policy and terms.
While we do our best to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date, ExcursionSide cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies, changes, or disruptions caused by third-party operators, suppliers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any disputes arising from bookings made through our website shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Türkiye.
