It is possible to join this tour from anywhere between Antalya and Alanya. If you will be attending from outside the Side region, please indicate this when making your reservation or inform our operators on Whatsapp. Pamukkale is approximately 310 km away from Side, and the pick-up time from the Side-Manavgat area is around 03.45.

This is the classic Pamukkale experience, ideal for exploring the travertines and ancient city. Side Pamukkale Day Trip Program:
We start our Pamukkale tour by picking you up at the security gate of your hotel in our comfortable, air-conditioned coach. The journey to Pamukkale takes around 5 hours. There will be short breaks for your comfort during the journey to Pamukkale. During the excursion, a professional English and German-speaking tour guide will accompany you on the bus. He will give detailed information about Pamukkale and Türkiye. After about 3 hours of journey, we will have a breakfast stop at our restaurant around 08:00. Then, we will have another 2-hour journey, and we will arrive in Pamukkale.

Since we will arrive in Pamukkale in the cool morning hours, exploring this world-famous place will be more comfortable and enjoyable. Upon arrival, you will have free time to enjoy the region’s extraordinary natural and cultural attractions. During your free time, you can walk on the snow-white travertine terraces of Pamukkale, explore the ancient city of Hierapolis or swim in Cleopatra’s pool.
We will have lunch at our restaurant in Denizli, the closest city to Pamukkale, around 2 pm. After lunch, we will begin our return journey to Side around 3 pm. At the end of the tour, we will drop you off at your hotel around 21:00.

Ancient Pool of Pamukkale

Pamukkale Ancient Pool, also known as Cleopatra Pool, is a year-round thermal pool at 36 degrees. In the 7th century BC, an earthquake struck the middle of the city, and the land collapsed. Romans used to come to Hierapolis to worship the gods in these temples and benefit from the nearby thermal springs. Our guides will give you guidance in English and German languages throughout the tour. This tour offers a discount for children aged 4-8 and is free for children aged 3 and under. However, free babies are not given seats on the bus. Parents need to carry them on their laps. If you want to reserve a seat for your child on the bus, you can make your child's booking as a child participant. The tour cost doesn't include the entrance fee for the Cleopatra pool. If you'd like to enter the pool, please pay the entrance fee to the tour guide on the bus. During the tour, there will be a visit to an onyx stone production centre for promotional purposes.

Everything is lovely!! Thanks so much for Mustafa who helped us with the booking. No upfront and hidden fees. Very transparent, honest and flexible. We initially booked for Side Alanya full tour but changed our mind last minute to go to Pamukkale. Mustafa was very kind and helpful to arrange everything so it wont ba a hassle to us. We were picked up from our hotel then rode the tour bus which is very clean and nice. Our tour guide speaks english and is also polite and interactive. We didnt get bored with Kadir. He makes sure we would get to our itineraries safely and on time. Then we were brought back to the hotel in this awesome private car transfer like celebrities (follow their IG: esg vip transfer). To sum it up, everything that was written on their page was spot on and everything exceeded our expectations. Will definitely book with Side excursions again next time.

Pamukkkale is an incredible place and I highly recommend going there. It’s a long way from Side, but it worths every minute. They let you walk on the white steps barefoot. It can be slippery, so be careful there. Cleopatra’s pool is a nice and relaxing place, but a bit busy. The view from theatre in ancient city is amazing. The site is huge and lots to do but time is limited. We spent about 4 hours on the site but I wish we had more. A great trip overall, you won’t regret it.
